What lists do you currently identify with?
Anger, vs calm, patient, composed,
worry, distress or suffering , vs contentment, joy, confidence, carefree,
fearful vs confident, bold, determined, fufilled,
suffering vs tranquility, freedom from troubles,
Learn to focus of that which is good and lovely. Use a thesaurus if you have difficulty in making a list of how you want to live your life. Take that which you do not like – look up antonyms and make a list to focus on. . Learn how to meditate on that which is good, those words and thoughts will create speedbumps, road signs, caution markers, and other useful tools that spot and identify lies of the “enemy” that are attempting to travel the pathways of your mind masquerading as the truth of your life.
We shall be looking at the root of good vs bad! There is evil in the world, once it is identified it is much easier to overcome. You cannot serve 2 masters, will you choose good or evil
