Panic Attack Explained

We will start at the beginning. Our bodies are wonderfully made and everything works in unison. When panic attacks, every organ, every part of the body can be affected. Panic attack is logically illogical. There is nothing harmful in an adrenaline release that triggers the Panic Attack; you just feel like you are on the brink of death.
