SO WE MADE IT!

Thanks for joining us. First take a little look around, this of course is the blog post but the other pages will also have information added to them on occasion so be sure to check back periodically . You can follow us on email and you can also check out our FB page. There is too much negative in the world so we plan to take a positive approach to demystifying what panic and anxiety attacks are all about. Only positive comments will be allowed on the FB page only success stories.

This is not medical advice just information on how the body works and what you need to know to get your life back. We encourage all to listen to their Doctors because they know what is best for you. This information comes from those who have become free. They will share with you what works and how they did it. Information will also come from reputable medical resources about the body and the mind but made simple enough to understand. What happens to your body with a panic or anxiety attack? What makes them different? Because panic attacks are the most extreme of the anxiety issues, we are going to reference them as we go along. However the information received can be applied to:

…not only the fear and horror of panic attacks but also debilitating anxiety, excessive and abnormal stress, depression, exorbitant worry, uncontrolled thought excessive nervousness and even certain addictions.

IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU BE SURE TO FOLLOW US!

Because the fear of a heart attack is very prevalent, one of the first topics will be about the HEART. Another common question is why doesn’t every one have anxiety. Well every one does, people handle it differently, we will look to the brain as to why.

Just to let you know and to answer a few more questions that frequently get asked – you will find out why every organ of the body can be affected yes even the skin.

One of my favorite areas to cover is what we call your”Go To” person. You do not need to be alone but the person you choose to help you beat this thing also need to be educated not on just what to do but more importantly what not to do. Encourage the to take this journey with you.

That is all for the first day. (not sure of the posting schedule) We want you to beat this thing. So plug in, stay tuned, lets get rid of the negativity and have a CAN DO attitude.

LET’S FIGHT BACK FIGHT FEAR and look to a life of

PEACE, JOY, AND CONTENTMENT
