What makes them different? Because panic attacks are the most extreme of the anxiety issues, we are going to reference them as we go along. However the information received can be applied to:

Because the fear of a heart attack is very prevalent, one of the first topics will be about the HEART. Another common question is why doesn’t every one have anxiety. Well every one does, people handle it differently, we will look to the brain as to why.
